Marketing messages may include announcements about our commission plan options, invitations to agent training sessions, mentorship programs and recruiting events, and updates about the tools and services we provide our agents, such as lead generation programs, transaction management, listing distribution, and IDX websites.
4.3 Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all messages sent and received.
4.4 How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and will not send you further text messages unless you opt in again.

RE/MAX affiliation. The Ames Team operates as an independently owned and operated RE/MAX affiliate. Candidate information is not shared with RE/MAX, LLC or other RE/MAX offices for their independent recruiting or marketing purposes.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or when necessary to protect our legal rights, safety, or property.
Business transfer. If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
